Ekaterina graduated with honors from the Faculty of Pharmacy of the First Moscow University named after I.M. Sechenov (MMA named after I.M. Sechenov) in 2009, in 2010 on the basis of I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University (Sechenov University) completed an internship in the specialty “Pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmacognosy”. 

Ekaterina has more than 15 years of experience in the clinical research and clinical laboratory diagnostics. She has experience in creating and organizing the work of clinical research areas at Clinical Diagnostics Laboratory.

She completed professional retraining with an MBA qualification in medicine. She completed advanced training in the specialties “Clinical Laboratory Diagnostics”, “Good Clinical Practice”, “Organization and Management of Medical Laboratories”, “Scientific Management”. She completed training according to the ISO 15189 standard “Medical laboratories. Konstantin graduated from the National Research Tomsk State University in 2010 with a degree in Quality Management, and in 2021 from Belgorod State National Research University with a Master's degree in Biology (Institute of Pharmacy). Since 2011, he has been working in the field of quality assurance in highly regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, biomedical research and the nuclear industrial complex. He started his career as a quality engineer at Siberian Chemical Plant JSC, where he was involved in the implementation and maintenance of an integrated quality management system that combines 4 standards ISO 9001:2015 — quality management system, ISO 14001:2015 — environmental management system, OHSAS 18001:2007 — occupational safety management system, and ISO 50001:2011 — the energy management system, as well as the organization of internal and external audits. Since 2015, he has been specializing in the development, implementation and maintenance of quality management systems in the pharmaceutical and laboratory fields in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 17025, GOST 33044, GCLP standards. I have developed dozens of procedures from scratch. He organized an internal audit and risk management system based on GOST R ISO 31000 (FMEA) in a way that reduced the number of critical incidents. In the year of graduation from the Academy, she entered the graduate school of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “FRC of Nutrition, Biotechnology and Food Safety” (Research Institute of Nutrition of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences), where, under the guidance of Doctor of Medical Sciences. A.K. Baturin studied the issues of the scientific direction “Optimal Nutrition”, combining scientific activity with the position of a junior researcher at the Institute.

In 2008, she decided to engage in practical activities and began fulfilling her duties as an manager assistant of the Clinical Trials Department of the independent laboratory INVITRO. After a year of work, she was transferred to the position of project manager. Worked in the INVITRO team for more than 12 years.

Then in the Exacte Labs laboratory she continued to engage in clinical trials as a project manager in the Clinical Diagnostic Department. Another year later, she managed projects as a senior project manager.

Since 2023 Anna works as a senior project manager of the scientific and medical laboratory “Aliquot”. Highly values ​​a sense of humor, punctuality and commitment. Anna is an excellent mentor.

Irina graduated from Moscow Pharmaceutical Secondary School No. 10 (MPSS No. 10, 2003), majoring in pharmacy. More than 6 years of experience working in a Central Laboratory in Clinical Trials.

Since 2003, she began working as a pharmacist. Since 2007, she held the position of deputy head of the department.

In 2018 she decided to change her occupation and began working at the INVITRO Independent Laboratory as a manager assistant of the Clinical Trials Department. In 2021, she was transferred to the position of project manager.

In 2022 she joined the Exacte Labs laboratory as a senior assistant in the Clinical Diagnostic Department. In 2023, she was transferred to the position of project manager of the Clinical Diagnostic Department.

Junior project manager

Tamara graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University of Fine Chemical Technologies with a degree in chemical technology in the field of biologically active compounds. She received a bachelor's degree in 2015 and a master's degree in 2017.

After graduating from university, Tamara gained experience in the food industry as a technologist for a short period. She then decided to pursue a career in clinical research. For more than 7 years, she has successfully worked in this field.

In 2018, Tamara started working at INVITRO Independent Laboratory LLC as an project manager assistant. Less than a year later, she was transferred to the medical device registration group as a clinical research specialist. A year later, she joined Generium as a specialist in Organizing of Clinical Trials. There, she worked for over two years.

She continued her career with the PPD contract research organization, where she engaged in remote monitoring of clinical research projects, both in Russia and abroad.

Three years later, she joined the Aliquot LLC team as a junior project manager.

In her work, she enjoys clarity and structure in all processes and actions, while also being open to unusual and interesting tasks and challenges.

Nadezhda Vorobyova is the Head of Clinical Trials of Medical Devices at the Aliquot Laboratory. She graduated from the  State Maimonides Academy (2007), with a specialization in "Medical Business". In 2012, she completed a residency program at the Russian Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education (RMAPO), focusing on Clinical Laboratory Diagnostics.

With over 13 years of experience in clinical laboratory diagnostics, and more than 10 years of expertise in clinical trials of medical devices, Nadezhda is an expert in her field.

Before 2015, she served as a physician and part-time research scientist at the Central Research Institute for Epidemiology, Rospotrebnadzor, where she worked for over 4 years. During this time, she was actively involved in addressing modern challenges in epidemiology and contributed to the development of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) kits for respiratory infection diagnosis. 

From 2015 to 2021 she held the position of Head of Clinical Laboratory Diagnostics within the Clinical Trials Department at INVITRO LLC. During this time, she was involved in two key areas: clinical research on pharmaceuticals and clinical trials on medical devices undergoing state registration. During her tenure at INVITRO,she organized and participated in over 700 clinical trials.

Since 2021, Nadezhda has been actively engaged in state registration of medical devices on a turnkey basis. This includes the development of technical and operational documentation for such devices, as well as their in vitro diagnostic use. She has been instrumental in organizing technical, toxicological, and clinical trials to assess the quality, safety, and effectiveness of these medical products, both for Russian and foreign manufacturers.

Her personal account includes more than 300 registered certificates. 

She highly values time management and quality assurance.

She graduated with honors from the Master's program at Moscow State Academy of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology named after. K.I. Scriabin with a specialization in Biology. In 2019 she completed advanced training in the “Clinical Laboratory Diagnostics” program, as well as a number of other advanced training in the area of molecular and cellular biology, biotechnology: “Molecular diagnostics of infectious diseases”; “Algorithms and technologies of polymerase chain reaction”; “Molecular diagnostics of infectious diseases”; “Basics of the flow cytometry method”; "Flow cytometry in clinical practice." Regularly undergoes training in good clinical practice, good clinical laboratory practice (GСP, GCLP), and she was accredited in the specialty “Biologist of clinical and laboratory diagnostics” (2003).

She has more than 5 years of experience in clinical laboratory diagnostics, including clinical trials - participation in preliminary work on clinical trials protocols and providing laboratory support in various areas. She has been involved in the implementation and optimization of cell-based assays and technologies such as EliSpot studies; rare and classic ELISA; PCR; flow cytometry; biochemical and immunochemical studies and others.

Polina worked with cell cultures (isolation and cultivation of PBMCs, cultivation of other cell lines, their cryopreservation in liquid nitrogen). She participated in the development and implementation of new research methods. 

She is a candidate for the scientific degree of Candidate of Biological Sciences in the Laboratory of Immunity Regulation at the Research Institute of Vaccines and Serums named after. I.I. Mechnikov.

Evgeny Golovnya graduated from the Pharmaceutical Faculty of the I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State University (former I.M. Sechenov Moscow Medical Academy (MMA)) in 2011, in 2012 he completed an internship in the specialty "Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacognosy" at the I.M. Sechenov Moscow State Medical University. 

From 2012 to 2023, he worked at the Blokhin National Research Institute of Oncology of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation in the Express Laboratory and the Laboratory of Clinical Biochemistry, where he was engaged in performing urgent and routine biochemical, hematology and other laboratory tests for patients of the departments of the Research Institute of Pediatric Oncology and Hematology, conducted internal and external quality control of biochemical and hematological assays, conducted therapeutic drug monitoring of anticancer drugs for patients undergoing polychemotherapy. He was the responsible executor of the research topic "The role of toxicokinetic and biokinetic studies in optimizing clinical and laboratory diagnostics of endotoxemia in the complex therapy of malignant tumors" (Registration number AAAAA-B17-217120720031-4). Currently, he is working on a dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Biological Sciences on the topic: "Prognostic factors and algorithm for monitoring septic complications in children with cancer" in the specialties "Oncology" and "Clinical laboratory diagnostics". 

He completed advanced training courses on the basis of the State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education of the Moscow State Medical University named after A. I.
