Diagnosis of colorectal cancer by blood test

The SEPT9 blood test is a molecular test that detects the methylated DNA of the SEPT9 gene in the blood.
Methylated SEPT9 DNA enters the bloodstream from tumors localized in the intestine and can serve as a differential biomarker of colorectal cancer. This test is suitable for people who cannot or do not want to undergo screening tests for CRC, such as colonoscopy or stool analysis for hidden blood.

Tigra Test®TB - Immunological diagnosis of tuberculosis using the IGRA ELISPOT method
The Aliquot scientific and medical laboratory performs a test for the immunological diagnosis of tuberculosis infection using the ELISPOT IGRA - TigraTest®TB method. The test allows detecting the presence of reactive (specifically sensitized) T-lymphocytes in a blood sample that produce interferon-gamma in response to the presentation of specific antigens (ESAT-6) and (CFP-10) associated with tuberculosis.
The test system was developed by Generium JSC and is an analog of the T-SPOT®.TB

IGRA-TB - Tuberculosis Infection Immunodiagnostics (Interferon Test, IGRA)
Aliquot Laboratory performs a test for the immunological diagnosis of tuberculosis infection using the IGRA-TB ELISA method. The test uses synthetic M. tuberculosis oligopeptide antigens (ESAT-6, CFP-10) to stimulate antigen-specific T-lymphocytes in human heparinized whole blood, followed by the determination of interferon-gamma (IFN-GAMMA) by ELISA. The presence of a specific interferon lymphocytic response to mycobacterial antigens is a diagnostic sign of M. tuberculosis infection.
This test is an analog of the Quantiferon test (QuantiFERON-TB Gold).
