Aliquot Laboratory has received another upgrade in the equipment park - the SpectraMax Paradigm Multi-Mode Microplate Reader. This system expands the possibilities for conducting studies of immunogenicity, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics by ligand-binding methods with detection methods such as fluorescence (intensity, FRET, time-resolved (TRF or HTRF), fluorescent polarization (FP), AlphaScreen, AlphaLISA, chemiluminescence, absorption (ELISA), and luminescence (LUM). Automatic height adjustment (Z-height) guarantees accuracy even with small sample volumes. The device supports tablets from 6 to 3456 wells and, with a special SpectraDrop tablet, allows you to work with sample volumes of only 2 µl. The latest SoftMax Pro software contains powerful data analysis tools, including EC50 and Z-factor calculations.
This system surpasses and complements the basic SpectraMax models available in the laboratory.
